SCA Barista Level 2 Bundle

Gaining valuable expertise in the craft of great coffee drinks while developing real world skills in customer service techniques and on-the-bar efficiency, Level 2 Barista Pathway students will be presented with practical, advanced techniques to aid in their pursuit of espresso mastery. Extraction Science and Barista Basics

This class is open to the general public, but geared toward wholesale partners who want to train new staff and/or refresh their own knowledge. Classes are taught to SCA standards but do not count towards SCA curriculum credits. Public Cupping

Join us in the True Stone Coffee Lab on select fridays every month for a guided cupping of our favorite seasonal selections! This event is free and open to the public, but we do ask that you RSVP as space is limited. Cupping: The industry standard procedure for tasting, grading and selecting coffees.
