We are so grateful for one of our favorite decafs, the Colombian E.A. (ethyl acetate) decaf.
Using a natural process of fermenting sugar cane, another major Colombian crop, ethyl acetate is create. The green beans are then soaked in the solution and gently steamed. This gentle and natural process leaves almost no caffeine (0.001-0.03%) and a clean smooth taste.
