Ramadhan Salum is a rock star in the world of East African coffees. He owns four washing stations in the Kayanza province, including Buzira, the origin of this microlot. These bourbon cherries were fermented for 14 hours wet, 16 hours dry, and soaked for an additional 10, resulting in consistent, clean and decidedly fruit-forward cup.
