We want our partners to be as enthusiastic and knowledgeable as we are. So our staff is prepared to train you in any coffee-related topic, from espresso technique to latte art, brew science, palate development, service flow, equipment maintenance and more. Even your most experienced employees will find something to take from the experience.
We provide a variety of training scenarios for you and your staff, from on-site visits to intensive all-day workshops, tuition-free. Our trainers are certified by the Specialty Coffee Association and the Barista Guild of America, passionate about their craft and pumped to share their knowledge.

Equipment Care
Before you serve your first cup of True Stone, we’ll make sure your equipment is set up and calibrated, your water properly filtered, your grind and dose optimized and your staff trained and ready to brew.
Here when you call
We're on call seven days a week to troubleshoot, fix and repair all makes and models of coffee brewers, grinders and espresso machines. If we can't take care of your problem on the spot, we'll provide loaner equipment until we can.

Our staff is qualified to install and calibrate your equipment, and show you how to use and maintain it!
