We wanted to feature a coffee that is often in our blends, but very seldom featured as one of our single origins. This is a smooth and nutty medium roast, with hints of cocoa, that will be great as a drip or pour over.

Serra Negra, or “black mountain” is a Brazilian profile that captures the most classic profile from Minas Gerais. This was one of the very first coffees ever on our menu and has continued to be a staple to this day.
